Poor Response in Dangerous situation
I have an electric fence link to my ADT alarm. My sister of 62 lives all by herself on my property and I live in Cape Town<br> On Wednesday the fence triggered a \Duress"signal to ADT. This means that they do not phone as this signal indicates that the client is in danger. This happened at around 19h45.<br> After many calls to Cape Town and PE (Sharleen) from my sister and myself"
