Poor response

<p>Good evening i would like to take this oppertunity to tell everyone of the bad armed response we received from fidelity Adt today they called me at 4:37 to let me know they received alarm at our premisses after i spoke to a lady in the control room to dispatch a vehicle immediately to go investicate if there is a problem soo did i got home view on the camera adt never respond caal the control room ask for vehicle tracking after a manager told me that the vehicle was busy on another call and they don't have enough vehicles so they only responfd at 16:17pm still waiting for feedback from Adt ass they making promises and never get back to theyr'e clients we ass new clients of Adt are very unhappy with such experience from them what would happen when we was in an emergency and your armed response that almost an hour to arrive this is teally unacceptable soo still waiting for feedback from fidelity Adt</p>
