POOR POOR SERVICE

I have made a complain to hello Peter about poor service from hello peter,they have tried to contact me but they didn't get me.Then on Wednesday 13th I was phoned by the lady Tumie to test my alarm unfortunately its not working ,then she said she will book a technician ,She asked me when I will be available I said Thursday ,she said no let us make it Friday,I cancelled all my errands so that the technician can get someone.as the time moves on i decided to find out what may be the problem because Tumi told me that they will phone me an hour before,I spoke to the guy who confirmed that on his system technician was booked for Monday,I was angry because Tumie said it will be Friday not Thursday is not doing me a favor I am paying for good service not to keep on baking after them as if i am not paying them regular.ALL I want is good service.
