Poor Installation service

<p>signed up with ADT on the 18th of May, they have yet to perform the installation. Their technicians have come through twice without the relevant tools or decided the install was too 'large' and left. Further it has been a terrible experience co-ordinating the initital quote to the final install. Service is poor, cannot get through on their lines and staff are unsympathtic.</p>
