Poor customer service 😔😔😔 from ADT security company

I'm starting to feel agitated with the service from ADT security company, my alarm is faulty and I've been contacting them from last week. They told me that they will call me on Monday for setting up an appointment but they failed to do so,I called them again today and still they don't assist me they keep on transferring my call to different departments then at the end the call will just drop and then I have to call again and again ....... their service is very poor I'm disappointed 😞😞 I waisted lot of air time calling them yet they still gonna charge me for fixing the alarm
