Poor Customer service by ADT,

you would think that ADT is a professionally run company but they have very sick processes and excuses in place. We are still waiting for our R6500 from them after we paid for a security service they refused to give. Its been almost 3 months and after countless time of calling they still say paperwork is being done.<br> <br> For a company that is supposed to protect you, they have very bad customer service and it leave that part questionable. I came to this platforms after calling them several times to no outcome and today im being told on top of the 3 months it will take another unguaranteed 14 days. What paperwork takes 4 months to refund someone for a service you failed to give. We just need our refund asap.
