POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

ADT/Fidelity are unscrupoulos and condcut business in a very unprofessional manner Please note that going with TEK Alarms and ADT was the biggest mistake I made in my life…We moved out of this premises in September 2018, ADT was informed and the forms were filled and sent back to ADT. Till date ADT did absolutely nothing and we keep paying for something to protect a premises used by another company. On numerous occasions I have requested that I need to speak with some one senior from ADT and till date have not received a call or answer to any of my emails. We have reversed payments on this account due to this non response and lack of cust9mer care from ADT…in my opinion TEK Alarms and ADT are useless and am also cancelling my home alarm as of the end of this month and going back to MML as they are able to also do my business now as it is based in Kempton Park and yes MML is by far much better than the service and response I got from ADT…
