Poor customer service
Pathetic customer service from your service provider React alarms. I moved house in June and have been tryting to move the alarm to the new address. Numerous emails and phone calls yielded no joy. They do not even have the decency to call when they do not pitch for appointments...twice....but they take my monthly payment. Take your alarm and cancel the contract. Pathetic service.
