Poor Client Service

This is absolutely crazy, i have been trying to cancel my Account with ADT since the Friday the 30th of May, First of all these people transferred me from one person to the next holding on for more then 10min each time, i was told by Ingrid Farrar to send an email to confirm my Cancellation, i did so on the Monday the 4th of June, I have send her a few emails after that to ask her how far the Cancellation is and so on, emails was send on the 5th, 6th 10th and This morning again, Asking her what is happening and when this will be attended to, she doesn't respond to my mails, and just ignores my mails, i have not heard anything back till this day so far, This is poor service, and i will never recommend ADT to anyone ever again
