Poor Alarm System Installation by ADT Fidelity Arm Respond & *******s

I have been a customer of ADT for long and i have several systems installed on my properties by ADT for alarm and armed respond. However one of the system has always been frequently faulty since its installation and commissioning. As a result we get lot of false alarms and multiple responses that i cancel. ADT charges me extra for each activation even when its a faulty one. over and above this they charge me technical service charge for their technicians to come out fault find the system. These has been the case for the past 3 year on one of the alarm system. I am therefore loosing lot of money because of their faulty installation and *********** technicians who are unable to get to the rootcause of the system false activations and technical issues. Im really disappointed at ADT now more in particular on this single property. Their systems on other properties are 100%. As a result of this which causes me even more money im considering doing away with ADT when my contract with them is due for renewal unless they eventually sort out their installation
