Poor ADT
ADT has been a poor service provider from the start. I have been getting NO service for the past three months and now that I am dealing with it, the service is even more pathetic. I continuously get messages from them to say they are trying to get hold of me. How, I don't know. No phone ringing, no missed calls, nothing. But, I get a message to say they are trying to get hold of me. And then, you have to hols on end to speak the the correct person and then they cannot even help. They supposedly understand. I still pay every month, but get no service. There seems to be no real want to help, only bad attitude and a flog off. I will be changing soon.
