Poor Admin from Fidelity ADT Team - E552BF269E0B0
Hi, this refers to ADT admin and not their response teams*
I have been trying to cancel my account with them for more than a week now. I was told that they will get back to me within 24 hours, but none. I get a distinct feeling that this was done deliberately in order for the cancellation to run into a new month. I am not getting response from their customer service centre
