Poor account system
I pay more than one account at ADT on behalf of my clients, but on more than one occasion I have to contact ADT and ask for my invoices as I do not receive them. Recently a client was handed over for bad debt - no one at the accounts department even had the decency to contact me and query this particular account. Out of the blue I received and email from their debt collector. The account department of ADT lacks total communication with their clients!
