PLEASE REMOVE YOUR RADIO FROM MY PREMISES

I have cancelled my ADT contract at the beginning of the year. Can you please make arrangements with me to come and collect your alarm radio on my premises as requested several times before during telephone conversations!!! My account was also handed over to Debtsource and I have paid the full amount outstanding on the 12th November. Please supply me with a letter to confirm that my account is settled and closed so that there's no more future surprises waiting with regards to this account.
