PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY
I cancelled my ADT subscription in November and gave them ample notice not to charge the annual radio fee. Nevertheless, they did and i was assured it would be refunded. It has not been refunded to me despite numerous calls and emails. Agents refuse to escalate the matter, DONICK does not reply to my mails. No one has called be back despite promises.
PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY!!!
