please refund me back
<br> My biggest mistake i ever did was using ADT security services after all the years i have been using their service and this is the thanx i get<br> <br> they have been debiting my account now for 4 months and they are saying they will not refund me .. they are debiting my account for the alarm that its not even installed . what kind of service is that . they promised me that all will be sorted and i will not eben pay a cent for them to install the alarm but now all had changed and on top of that they will continue to debit my aacount until forever . if i had know i would have cancelled my contract im sure there are other security service that value their customers . i have been a loyal customer since 2008 , all i want now is my money back please refund me back my money <br> <br> these is my forth complaint about the same company and no one seems to care
