Please pay back the money

I have been phoning ADT almost daily to request my refund and up to this stage I have received nothing. The so called credit controller is unhelpful and she has made so many empty promises I have lost count. ADT can I please have my money. I have a credit of R391 and I will like to have it back without having to back for it. Reference no MUT00282.
