Please cancel my contract

I have been in communication with Chris Naidoo the area manager regarding the armed response time as well as access into my complex. I was assured all the issues was resolved. I had an alarm activation early parts of this morning, Firstly, the 3rd contact person was called opposed to the two numbers provided for both my husband and I. Then eventually when the lady calls from the callcenter saying that the vehicle cannot access the complex.<br> This is the final straw. Please cancel my contract with immediate effect!!!This is a breach of contract! The service you have guaranteed to provide me with was never supp**** from date of activation on this contract. I was promised a 7-10 minute turnaround time on the response instead I dont even get a visit to my unit!
