please bring back chupp or national. ADT is only robbing us.

The move from chupp to national now ADT leaves a bad taste in my mouth. The service from ADT is very poor. I activated the alarm system several times during the ******* at my place but did not get any call nor response from the company. Eventually i called them and waited 20 then called again only to get responce after 30 minutes. Why am i paying if i dont get the service im paying for? Its not the first time this happened to me. There are also delays to cancel my contract.
