Perthetic ADT!!! I want my services canceled immediately

This is now the second time I have to take to hello Peter regarding the perthetic service from ADT pietermaritzburg. I pay them for armed response that has some **** automated system which fails half the time. The 1st haman call is now 3 to 4 minutes later (this is the time it takes for other companies to reach their clients properties), but adt heroes think that our lives are a game! Ive been in contact with the manager dillon, who promised me that things would be different but nothing to date. Last week we had a power outage for a week, I contacted dillon myself asking him to increase adts visibility in our area as we had no electricity for 8 days, and guess what!!! All I saw was MI7 security repeatedly going through our streets checking on us (yet I'm not their client). After the July unrest we were promised street surveillance by ADT, MI7 also made a commitment to provide the same to the community. To Date MI7 has delivered but NOTHING FROM ADT!!! I'm a. Paying client with 3 properties on 1 street, each being charged separately only to receive sub grade unacceptable service. Adt had a meeting last month which I attended in the area and it was literally left to 1 resident to decide where the aparant cameras were to be fitted.

I have No confidence in adt and I don't think it's fair holding is to stupid contracts with all the lies and chances yourll take with us!

You can stick your services and I demand immediate cancelation on all 3 of my properties! Go play with your own lives!
