Pepper Spraying Our Dogs and Cancellation Mess up

The night of the 6 of June was one of the many times ADT response guys have atogonized our dogs, that our dogs are now so aggressive towards anyone that comes near our gate. This is also one of the many times that they have pepper sprayed our dogs. But on this specific night i received a call that our alarm had gone off and told them i was not home and that they needed to send someone. My boyfirend and i arrived home a couple minutes after the officer was there to find pepperspray on our gate, as well as on our dog, our dog could not see and his eyes were red. I then proceeded to call the control room and asked them to send the guy that had just come through back to our house so we could speak to him he denied all of this and proceeded to spray on our mail box to prove that it wasnt pepper spray which it cleary shows it is. i have 2 pictures. i then just left it because the day before i had actually sent an cancellation email through to them cos this was not the first time and we needed to change as this was unacceptable. Now this morning i phone to make sure they have cancelled ans suprise they have not! their radio will be removed thursday morning and i will not pay a cent!!!!
