Pending a resolution

React Alarms installed our alarm on 25 Feb 2019 at our place of residence. On 26 Feb 2019 they came back to replace the radio & from that day to date we have had endless problems with the alarm.

After numerous phone calls from yourselves, React Alarms was advised of this issue by yourselves. React Alarms then made an appointment with us for 29 Feb 2019 but on the 28th a technician was sent out and discovered some discrepancies. 1. The receiver was inside the control panel 2. The installer had used existing wiring instead of re-doing the wiring

The technician had expressed shock at how the job had been unprofessionally done.

On 7 March 2019, React Alarms phoned to make another appointment after your intervention. They failed to honour the appointment and failed to call and/or explain as to why. This kind of unprofessionalism was displayed on the 29 Feb 2019 & 7 March 2019 is unacceptable.

We are tired of chasing our own tail and getting to no resolution. Please attend to this ASAP.
