Payment which was made

This is really becoming annoying now as payment was made on the 02/02/2015 and the installation would not have taken place if payment was not made because clearly it looks like someone doesn't know what they are doing.We are receiving calls and emails regarding payment which has been made. I tried calling them and also sent follow up emails but nobody is responding or assisting
