Paying through my nose for ***** service

There it happened again. Alarm activation at 09.38 AM, armed response arrives 09.47 and nothing gets reported. Yet at 09.50 I can clearly see a thieve on my CCTV hacking through the electric fence then walking around the garden and then *********** alarm beams and taps and water pipes. Where was this armed response guy??? If he came out why did he not see the running water, the ripped alarm beams and the ripped electric fence cables. 4 of my electric fence wires were hanging off the wall over a 50 m length. So either they **** that they came out or they employ blind and deaf people. I phoned to complain but got sent from pillar to post to finally get a promise that the area manager will phone me but then nothing happens. This is the second time this year... They are as useless as they are over priced. I really don't understand how they can stay in business.
