PAYING FOR OVER 2 YEARS FOR NO SERVICE AND A FAULTY ALARM !!!

Unfortunately I have to give a 1 star rating cause if I give a no star rating it will look like a five star rating. I basically have paid for over 2 years for a service I didin't fully receive. My alarm system was working partially as my outside Zone 10 beam didn't function at all for the over 2 years from day 1. The guy who signed me up with ADT took about 8 months to replace my cheap beam with a more expensive beam which i paid for at R2800. It still didin't work. I have also countless times over this 2 year period complained and asked for assistance in fixing the alarm. Also wasted my time by being sent from pillar to post. being told the calls are being recorded for record and quality purposes. Although there is no quality and being treated like there is no record of all my previous conversations. Also being promised that someone will call me back but no one does. I see the bad reviews of ADT on HELLO PETER. What amazes me is the few replies towards the countless complaints. Even more DISGUSTING is the the fact that the reply message doesn't have a name or position at the end. So no human factor involved. It's like all the other complainants say. You can't even refer to someone, anyone. PAYING FOR OVER 2 YEARS FOR NO SERVICE AND A FAULTY ALARM !!! I AM SURE SOME OF THE FEW GOOD REVIEWS ARE MADE UP STORIES!!! WAITING ON YOUR REPLY FROM YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER!!!
