Paying for a service I am not receiving

In December I signed with ADT. Dalip Maharaj was the one that came through to assist me. I signed up for the sms function so that I could receive smses when my business opened and closed. Later I found out that the system I have cannot perform this function. Both Dalip Maharaj as well as Tshepo Ramasala have been aware of this as i have asked them to stop debiting my account for this function. 9 months have now passed yet no one has resolved the issue. I am still paying for something that I am not being provided. I have never seen such bad customer service from a company before. They are very prompt in taking your money but never in resolving problems!!!!!
