Paying for a pathetic service

I purchased cameras for my home for over R12000. My cameras have stopped working. I have tried so many times to get a technician out to assist me as the cameras are from ADT. Spent hours on the phone remaining on hold wasting my airtime. Finally I was put through to justice who said he would come and sort it out on the 7th of April 2015. Waited the entire day no one came. Tried calling the call centre I was put on hold numerous times. Finally I had to male a noise with the consultant and she promised her manager would call me. Finally he did contact me promising the same day at 2pm the technician would come over. Gain no one came. He gave me cell number and direct office number should I have any problems which Is on permanent voicemail. Also the office number no one answers. Who do I get help from. And I pay for these systems in three properties of mine. What happens when my family is been held up.
