patrol that was promise but never happens

<p>i have complained on many occations about the visablity of adt patrol vehicle im my area i recieve conformation from two senor adt staff member namly ricahrd and victor that i will be seeing the adt vehicle everday and that they will leave confomation slips at my house but it only ahppens on a few occations that i have seen the vehicle and that they left slips but that is not all adt has employ the respond staff that stays in the area that i am staying they work and stay in the area now ask yourself how ingod name can you put your client lives into people like that they will go home first before responding to your alarm and here is the cherry on the cake they do nothing about the complains you cant even get hold of the MD he/she is hiding away and let all this carry on than they want you to pay for increase that adt is not even working for you dont see their vechicle your have to keep phoning control room to find out what is going on it seems that adt is trying to help crime skyrocket in my area costomer number sch02824 tell ********** 134/ ********** 950 they wont even look into this matter as they dont care </p>
