Pathetic sevice

Paid ADT to install extra security to an existing system. This cost more then R 8 000.00. On day of installation, they nroke the window frame, they said they would come and fix it. Seven months later, after numerous valls, e-mails, nobody has come to fix it, still have to pay monthly fees, for a service/system, that still does not work.
