PATHETIC SERVICE FROM THE ADT SUBCONTRACTOR TL SECURITY - LAURENCE What a frustrating experience we’ve with the ADT’s subcontractor Laurence from TL Security

He installed the alarm system a few weeks ago and he promised to come back to do the final touches

We’ve been call in him for 2 weeks now, every time we call him, he doesn’t answer his phone. We call him from a different number only then he will respond

On Tuesday he promised that he will come activate the remotes and he didn’t pitch.

The other guys came to install the gate motor and Laurence promised to be there to activate/link the remotes to the gate motor . HE DID NOT PITCH

The gate opens itself, we can close it or lock it

The alarm goes off the whole day , we don’t have remotes to stop that

ADT calls us to check if everything is fine at the property every 30 minutes, when there is someone entering the premises. Our neighbours are complaining because of the alarm

I called ADT yesterday and told them that should my gate motor get ****** or should anything happen to our property, Laurence will pay the price because I will sue him

This person was appointed by ADT, we paid for the services rendered and now we sitting with a gate that opens itself and an alarm system that can’t be controlled

I’ve spoken to so many consultants from ADT and none of them can’t get hold of Laurence.

He is really taking us for a ride, I’ve had it!!!!!!!
