Pathetic Service from ADT Cape Town

<p>ADT was contracted to install three beams on my property. Technician installed one faulty beam and agreed to replace as per appointment. Technician never made the appointment and missed another appointment. Technician then arrives at my property outside agreed time to replace beam. whilst replacing the beam he realised that he brought the wrong beam. Three weeks later, I am still waiting for the replacement and for the technician to correctly position the second beam which is setting off the alarm. I have never experienced such poor service in my life. I thought I was dealing with a professional group. Saying sorry just doesn't do it for me. People need to get their act together. Enough excuses. </p>
