PATHETIC SERVICE FROM ADT CALL CENTRE CONSULTANTS

Hi

I have called more than 13 times and still haven’t received our invoices, all I’m getting is the previous months invoices which has been paid already. Lebogang Malobela who is the credit controller, simply ignores all my requests. this service is utterly poor. i have never heard of a compnay having to beg someone to send their invoices on time in order for us to pay them.
