Pathetic service from ADT

On the 27/12/2018 we accidentally dropped the house keys in a taxify and we came bacl and only reliased that we did not have the keys and there was a ADT security by the the of glen doing his round time was 21:43 his was rude threated us he even went to the extent of threatening us with his fire arm we sent am email to adt but no reply today agian around12:40 the same gaurd came and still and he was rude and stated that he doesn't care we can report him I guess its because he knows adt has a pathetic service
