pathetic service from adt

i have been a loyal customer to adt for 9 years, in march 2015 i took a second contract with adt. from march 2015 to current i am been billed for 3 contracts instead of 2. i have been very patient for over 6 months and have called them several times, they promise to rectify, refund me. but they choose to ignore me. i'm been held hostage to debit orders every month. their attitude and thieving behavior is shocking.
