Pathetic Service!

Pathetic service from ADT. Have been their client for possibly 10 years and was being charged exorbitantly. Contacted ADT on the 11/11/2023 to cancel the contract as I was offered a much better deal with another service provider. The agent then insisted on reverting with better rates. I advised her to revert urgently as I did not want to incur their annual fees. She did come back to me one same day advising as of the 01/12/2023 my rates would be reduced to R300pm. Needless to say they did not reduce my instalment and furthermore I was billed R726.06 in respect of their annual fees. I've called in numerous times without any assistance!!!
