Pathetic service by ADT-Fidelity Coastal! They confirmed an appointment that their technician will come on 13 February 2024, in the morning. They did not come and did not call. I called them, but still they did not come. It's 17:38, they did not come. How unprofessional! What a wasted day for me and my family!
