PATHETIC SERVICE AS ALWAYS

Hi please see attached contracts

The 1st contract in my name was signed on the21/03/2020 John called me two days after when he mentioned that I do not qualify for this contract. A second contract in my husband’s name on the 01/04/2020.

If so the contract was fine in my name why was there a need to sign another contract. I told another lady that was calling me nonstop about this and she advise she will sort it out now I am not sure why is it not sorted as yet as this is affecting my name negatively.

This needs to be removed from my name and placed on the person who signed for this nonsense. I knew this was a bad idea to apply for your contract again because from my past experience your service is pathetic to day the least.
