Pathetic service and not responding to alarms

Extremely disappointed with the adt service

Our alarm has triggered multiple times over the last 2 months and we have not received any calls or feedback from them when it triggers. Now we phoned them to ask why and to test it out and the consultant was extremely rude not even offering and consolation or apologies and said that the technician needs to come out to check the alarm system and we still had to pay for the technician to come out and fix it, I will be canceling the subscription on Monday and get another more reliable security company to monitor our house
