Pathetic service and ***********

Pathetic service - coming up with all excuses for not doing their work. Had a break in, the response officer never bothered to go into my yard but said all is fine, meanwhile my house was bugled. The guy am dealing with is coming up with all different excuses, saying i never gave special authority for them to jump over my wall, checked my contract with them and its states access to property is easy and he says that means nothing even though that is written on the contract, No where in the contract does it ask weather they can or not jump over the wall to check and all the previous times they have always been jumping over the wall.
