Pathetic service

I am really disgusted on the service I recieved from Adt. ADT sent a message that I test my alarm I then called them and did the test with the adt staff member in the technical department. She advised that my radio was not dialing up to the control room and that a call out fee of just over R600 would be charged to my adt account or upfront.This radio belongs to Adt. Why should I pay for your faulty equipment? Pathetic! I asked her to let her manager call me and still no call at all. On the 6th of July 5 days ago I recieved a call from Adt informing me that my alarm is going off. Two days on the 8th that alarm had beeb tested. When my alarm went off I was told by the lady that informed me thereof that it IS PROBABLY LOADSHEDDING! What a bunch of ****. I then requested Adt to go and look at the property to check if all is in order. They just never pitched at all.

Adt continuesly looking for business going door to door but they say they have limited drivers during loadshedding so can they empty my home and you not anything bothered at all??????? Where is the accountability???

Also your technician to come out to my property requested in the 11 July you saying your 1st technician IS only available the 1st of August.

So no alarm working for a full month but you expect your premium to be paid come month end! I need solutions! This is disgusting!
