Pathetic Service ADT SECURITY

<p>ADT arrives 35 min later after my home was broken into. ADT (Samuel,Area Manager) admits that they take no responsibility, and was not apologic for their actions. His excuse was they did not receive the panic signal, when the alarm system was tested by ADT Technician before and after the incident and was working well. Samuel, Area Manager excuse was also that he did not know we are their client. ADT also promised the trauma councellor which they have failed in this regard.</p>
