Pathetic service Adt. I made EFT payment 27th September and send pop same time. The next day they debit my account. I emailed Lisa from Adt. She tells me the debit was returned koz I don't have money in my account. I sent her the sms which the debit shows it went off BY ADt Daily have I requested them to reverse that debit amount and credit to me. Still up until today she ignored my request. Makes me want to move too a different Security company. Damn you need to beg for your little money back. But she is persistent it didn't go through. Unacceptable. Sharne Swart
