Pathetic service

I have an issue with my alarm system. Phoned ADT on 18.12.23 and reported it. A technician was to come out on 22.12.23 and still no phone call as yet. I phone in and speak to a rude agent who was ready to cut the call before I could enquire about the technician. The technician had only just got onsite at the time I phoned being 10h00 am. I am so disappointed at the service and attitude. Customer service holds no value anymore unless it's about making a sale and charging for a call-out and possibly placing a new contact on a door etc etc.
