Pathetic service

I just recently changed to ADT after having an alarm system with alarmnet in Lenasia. From the onset the installation was pathetic and untidy. My alarm triggered at 150 I received a call to advise armed response was on the way after 30 mins I called the call centre and they said they can't get a hold.of the driver because of bad signal and load shedding. REALLY !!! SO HAD THERE BEENS SOMEONE RANSACKING MY HOUSE THIS IS YOUR REPOSNSE. I am definitely canceling this pathetic service and going back to my old one. To date no technician has come to fix the royal mess that they left behind which they call an installation job. Pathetic please don't use this service
