Pathetic Service

I find it very funny that I am paying for a service that is not rendered no wonder why some people I know have cancelled their armed response contracts with ADT. Since the start of this week my alarm has been going off just after I left my premises and ADT has been calling me to notify me and ask if they must send a guards to check the premises and all the times they go there all is in order. What I find strange is that the alarm only goes off after I have left the premises not while on the premises with the alarm armed. All the time when it is triggered in the same zone but this doesn't occur when armed while on the premises which seem quite strange when I raise this they can't answer me. Tersia called me this morning twice to advise about the alarm same zone and she then transferred me to their technical department since she couldn't answer my questions of why the same zone and why not when I am at home when alarm is armed. I got transferred to Justine who also couldn't be of help he advised that in order for the technician to come to my premises to check what the problem is I will have to pay out a call out fee of R550 I wasn't surprised about this because this is how these armed response make their profits taking advantage of our vulnerability so I will have to check for myself what the problem since I cannot get assistance from the armed response company which simply doesn't care about my concern that's not enough that I pay them every month without skipping.
