PATHETIC SERVICE
<p>I recently had a break in at my house in Alberton. The armed response took 11 min to respond to the ******* considering that they 5 min away. I have asked for the response report and do not see any mention made of this pathetic response times. I am starting to believe that this is an intentional cover up by ADT for their sloppy service. To date i have not received an updated report reflecting the correct information. It was a mistake to partner with ADT. The SAPS now need this report and this delay by ADT does not bode well for public perception.</p>
