Pathetic Service

<p>Pathetic service received from ADT.</p> <p> </p> <p>I asked them to furnish me with a letter indicating that my account has been paid in full and closed.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was being assisted by a Pheladi Maluleke in her capacity as Pre-Legal Senior situated in the Head Office who after several emails and a phone call requesting the paid up letter, she sent me what purports to be a paid up letter that is unsigned, i emailed and requersted a signed letter and to date no response receieved no suprprised there! Very unprofessional and poor service I would not recommned this security company to anyone.</p>
