PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely Pathetic service!!!!! I have an alarm service that has come with my home when I bought it, it is rather old so i have been trying to upgrade it for many many months now.

Countless emails and calls but to date not a single consultant has been able to offer me any resolution - No Call back no appointment NOTHING!!!!

I 100% WILL NOT RECOMMEND - I have also advised all my family, friends and work colleagues to stay away from this pathetic excuse for a security. service.

they do not even bother to call back and advise what has happened with any home checks that they do, when the alarm is activated, and we aren't home. We literally need to call them to find out what has happened.
