PATHETIC SERVICE

I got a call from ADT at 04:25am on Sunday from the office my alarm was triggered. I followed up with them as I was away from home that weekend. I spoke to the dispatcher after an hour of following up she told me the guys got lost. I had to ask for the supervisor because what ridiculous service is this, he advised he’ll respond to the alarm trigger himself. Called the guy (Jacob) who was dispatched and he told me he didn’t go inside my yard to check because of the high wall so he turned away. They guy doesn’t know his business he told me he would’ve went inside even if my life was in danger, mind you he didn’t have a problem when I told him I’m gonna report him.

The supervisor arrived at my house at 06:30am
