Pathetic Service

i recently called ADT to get a technician out to my premises. The technician came and the call out fee was R529.00. i then made an EFT payment of R529.00 to ADT on the 22 December 2015. In the month of January i received a statement saying that i am in arrears but yet i paid. I called ADT and was assisted by a gentlemen by the name of Jason Topley.He then asked me to send the proof of payment to him which i did. He assured me the matter will be sorted out as soon as possible and that someone will make contact with me. Up until today i have received no feedback from Adt and i am considering moving over to Goodwood Patrols
